Lake Dallas is NOT offering UIL school physicals this year. All High School athletes must have a new physical at the beginning of every school year. At the High School the physical must be on file with the Athletic Training staff before August practices begin. Below are links to the UIL physical from and the new UIL Steroid Testing acknowledgement. Both must be turned in to be eligible for athletics in season and off season. |
