FirstClass is not meant to be a place to store your files. You have a finite amount of disk space on the server. If you exceed that space, you will still receive email but will not be able to reply or edit your web page.
If this happens to you, first look in your mailbox. If you have any emails with an "M" in the file size column - that's HUGE. You need to save any important information from the email - then delete it. Delete anything you don't need.
Do the same for your Web Publishing folder.
Then you will need to log out of FirstClass and then back in so the changes will take effect.
