Meet the Teacher Night: August 21st First Day of School: August 25th Volunteers: You must fill out the volunteer forms annually at the beginning of each new school year. This must be on file for you to attend class parties, field trips, etc. and to volunteer in any part of the school. We recommend all parents do this for the 08/09 school year. You may fill out a form starting August 18, 2008. Please go to www.ldisd.net and click on "For Parents" - "Online Volunteer Forms" If you ordered school supply packs from the PTA, they will be delivered at Meet the Teacher night on August 21st. Regular school hours:  The day begins at 7:50 a.m. with our daily Morning Assembly in the gym.  Students who ride the bus will be dismissed at 3:00 p.m.  Students who walk or are car riders will be dismissed at 3:05 p.m. Dress Code  Change: Clothes with holes in them are not allowed.  Pants must be worn at the natural waist line. All tops must cover the mid-section of the body. Reminder:  Tennis shoes must be worn at all times.
