TAKS testing went very well last week. Congratulate your child on a job well done. Scores will be back The last week of May, and you will receive a report.
AR
We finally seem to be jumping on the AR bandwagon. Most students have read at least 2 AR books and taken tests on them. We are starting a new incentive program where the kids will earn prizes for every 5 points they earn.
5 =computer time
10 = free homework pass
15 = lunch with the teacher
20 = lunch provided by the teacher
25 = prize box
30 = free book from book order
So, get them reading every night!
