Mrs. McGuire's 4th Grade Class

For some of us it is sad to see summer go, but it is also exciting to begin a new school year! It is always nice to have a fresh, new start at something! It's like we have all been given another chance to work on accomplishing new goals or perfecting old ones. As for me, I know I cherish second chances!!

To tell you a little about myself, I am a born and raised "southern girl" from Mesquite. I earned my degree at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. This year begins my 11th year as a teacher and my 6th year teaching 4th grade at Corinth Elementary. I live here in Corinth and have three children and a dog. Kelsie is a sophmore at LDHS. Madie is an 8th grader at LDMS, and Reid is in second grade here at CE. Oh, and our dog, Allie, is a maltese who is one and a half. Some of my interests include excercising, home decorating, landscaping, scrapbooking, traveling, church activities and spending time with my family.

I look forward to getting to know each of you and working with you this school year. We are going to have some fun times and learn A LOT!! Please feel free to come to me if you need anything.
