Green - Great Day!
Yellow - Warning (Everyone deserves one)
Orange - 1/2 recess
Blue - All recess
Brown or Red - you will be hearing from me with a phone call.
If your child doesn't bring a "Right Choice Form" home, it was a good day - Green or Yellow. If they go to Orange or worse they will bring a Right Choice Form home and you will need to sign and return it before they can go back to green.

I did not make good choices at school today. I broke the circled class rule that I helped make. Please talk to me about the choice I should have made. Mrs. Lampin needs you to sign this to let her know that I told you about it and that we talked. I know that I MUST have this back to Mrs. Lampin by the next school day.
1. I wasn't listening when someone else was speaking.
2. I wasn't following directions.
3. I used my hands in an inappropriate way.
4. I misused my books/materials.
5. I wasn't trying to be a good friend.
6. I wasn't using a quiet voice in the classroom/hall.
7. I ran in the classroom/hall.
8. I was talking/playing instead of working.
9. I was playing/being loud in the restroom.
10.I didn't return my homework/needed materials.
