Welcome to the Visual Arts Department at Lake Dallas High School!  LDHS is pleased to offer a quality arts education in many disciplines, where creativity and individual expression is honored.  The visual arts provide many opportunities for building lifelong success, including the development of problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as an understanding and appreciation of world cultures.

UNT Art Show
Some of our students in the Visual Arts Department at Lake Dallas are participating in the UNT Art Show with various artworks of different media.

Field Trip of The Modern of Fort Worth and the Kimbell.
The field trip for April 24th is an exciting way to engage the students, as well as giving them a historical perspective! We will be visiting the Modern of Fort Worth and The Kimball Art Museum.
