Grading Policies Each six weeks grade will consist of the following categories: 6th Grade & 7th Grade Art:                                       Projects = 50%                                           Quizzes = 30%                                    Daily = 20% (notes, sketchbooks, worksheets) 8th Grade Advanced Art:         Projects = 50%         Sketchbooks = 30%         Daily = 20% Yearbook:         Participation = 25%         Photography/News Gathering Assignmnets = 25%         Layouts/Deadlines = 50% Make Up Work Students (and teacher) will abide by the district's make up work policy as set forth in the students(and employee) handbook(s). Late Work All late work is due at the beginning of the class period. 1 day late = 70% 2 days late = 50% 3 or more days late = zero Discipline Policies Expected Behavior:         Respect everyone and everything.
