The Side Navigation - you would only use this if you have more links than the horizontal Button Bar will allow (you can have 7 buttons here).

Here's how to add additional web pages to your web site & link them to the Side Navigation Bar on a web page:

- Double-click on the web page you want to add the Navigation tab
- Click on the "Side Navigation" tab
- Put a check in the box (in the upper left-hand corner of the screen) to Include Side Navigation
- (Optional) Put a check in the box at the beginning of the row to make the item stand out as a header for a set of links
- Under the "Display Names" column - type the name for the link (ex:  Classroom News)
- Under the "Link Path" column - type the name of the page i.e. classnews or class_news
"X" out to save
- Put a check in the box after the link path if you want this page to open in a new window

You can also add external links to the nav. bar.
EXAMPLE
Under the "Headline Link/Display Names" column - type the name for the link (ex:  CNN)
Under the "Link Path" column - add the actual link INCLUDING THE http:// - http://www.cnn.com

Then make a copy of the Profile page
        - make sure that nothing is highlighted in the Home Page folder
        - hold down the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard
        - click, hold, & drag the Profile page just below the other pages files in the Home Page folder
        - then let go of everything

Double-click on the "copy" of the Profile page
Change the "Link Path" name to whatever you want to call it (one name - no spaces ex:  classnews or class_news)
Click down in the white portion of the screen & add your content (type what you want on the page)
"X" out to save
