EXCEL Students and Parents-
What can I say, except "THANK YOU for a fabulous year." Your children are such gems and extra-ordinary in every way. It has been my privilage to work with such amazing children.
Have a wonderful summer. As always, you can email me here at school throughout the summer months... I will respond, though not necessarily right away. With gas the way it is, I do not see myself traveling, nor do I expect my parents to drive in from Florida. I do plan on doing some home improvement things, such as replacing the soffets and fecia boards, painting the exterior of my house and, if funds allow, putting on a new roof. Lots of plans... now just need to find someone to hold the ladder! My list is easy... just made more challenging by the brutal heat of the Texas summer sun. Picking a paint color is agonizing, to say the least... but I think I have it narrowed down to five!
Last, but not least, I love you all. Have a safe and happy summer!

Parents:
Your undying support for the EXCEL program and me is unequaled.
I am eternally grateful.
Thank you. :o)

Surface Tension experiments were a HUGE success! Several children were able to make a paper clip float! Really! The students had a great time identifying which airplane design flew the furthest. Each student graphed their individual results. We put our brains together and solved many really hard puzzles at the end.
I had a BLAST getting to know and serving your children!
